Frequently asked
Do I need symptoms to do this?
No. Plenty of my clients feel good and want a real baseline for the year. Testing shows you where you stand so you can stay ahead of problems instead of waiting for them.
Will testing interfere with the holidays?
It doesn't have to. Test in December and we meet the first week of January. Or enjoy the holidays, test in January, and we meet the last week of January.
Is this a group program?
No. Everything is 1-on-1. Your plan is built around your own results, not a template.
Can I do this from any state?
Testing availability varies by state. If you live in New York, New Jersey, Rhode Island or Hawaii, please set up a call with me before you purchase so we can confirm which tests are available to you.
Is it virtual?
Yes. All sessions are telehealth, and test kits are shipped to your home.
Do you take insurance?
I'm a private pay practice and don't bill insurance, but I accept HSA/FSA cards.
What if I've already done one of these tests?
Book a call before you enroll and we'll talk through what makes sense for you.
Who is this not for?
I work with adults 18 and older. This package isn't a replacement for care from your physician, and it doesn't diagnose or treat medical conditions.
2027 doesn't need another resolution.
